Required Minimum Qualifications

Must be a Sri Lankan Citizen.
Successfully completed G.C.E O/L Exam.
Successfully completed G.C.E A/L Exam.
JLPT N4 or JFT Level qualification.
Age between 18 - 35.
No tattoos on the skin.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

During the employment period under both SSW Type 1 and SSW Type 2, you are not allowed to switch to jobs in other sectors.

You can apply for a Japan Permanent Resident visa only after completing 10 years under SSW Type 1 and SSW Type 2.

SSW Type 1: You cannot bring any family members.
SSW Type 2: You can bring your spouse and children to reside in Japan.
